We accept Visa, Mastercard & American Express.
All orders are shipped by Australia Post (Standard or Express), unless you are ordering a gift box that falls within the Aramex Courier service zone. Orders are sent from Kiama, NSW and delivery times vary according to your location and the service standard of the carrier.
Tea orders received before 12pm AEST on a business day will be shipped same day. Gift box orders require more preparation, and if received before 12pm on a business day, will be shipped the next business day.
Returns & Refunds
We pack orders carefully and securely. In the unlikely event that an item is damaged in transit, it will be replaced! Our products are not returnable or refundable due to change of mind, as we’d never re-sell used items. Our philosophy is customer-first. If something is not to your complete satisfaction, please contact us so we have the opportunity to make you a very happy customer.
When preparing all orders, we wear gloves and face masks, and follow strict hygiene protocols.
