Delivery Method

All tea and bath item orders are shipped by Australia Post. At checkout you can select standard post or express post.

Gift box orders are shipped either by Australia Post or Aramex (formerly Fastway), depending on the gift box type, turnaround times and the recipient’s location.

Note: At checkout, you will only see the AusPost rates, as we do not charge extra for the instances when we opt to send by courier. For example, if you choose Express Post for your gift box delivery and we opt to send by Aramex courier instead, the price difference for the more expensive courier is complimentary and you are not required to pay any extra. In short – just select an AusPost option at checkout and assume your order will be sent via AusPost as per most orders.

We take great care to prepare your order, taking the time to ensure it is securely packed and beautifully presented. We endeavour to send tea orders within 1 working day, and gift boxes within 2 working days. This is subject to change during busy periods, and we reserve the right to extend this turnaround time in order to maintain our high level of secure packaging and presentation.

Shipping transit time is subject to the carriers own conditions and estimates. We are not able to influence this time or guarantee delivery by a certain date. We recommend opting for Express Post whenever possible.

Shipping costs are influenced by the size and weight of the product and your location. Shipping costs are calculated in the shopping cart and will be added to the order total before checkout.

NOTE: When preparing all orders, we wear gloves and face masks, and follow strict hygiene protocols.

    If you have particular shipping or timing requirements, we can’t guarantee factors beyond our control, but we are happy to do everything we can for you. For these cases, please contact us to discuss.

    There may be rare occasions where we must await delivery of a particular component before we can ship your order. This situation is generally avoided, but it is possible due to sourcing multiple products from different suppliers. In this unlikely event, you will be contacted to be informed of any impact, and provided with options.

    Signature On Delivery

    By default, all gift box orders usually require a signature on delivery, though it is up to the postal service to honour this. This is a current order condition that you must be comfortable with, since there is no alternative.

    All orders that include alcohol: A signature on delivery is required and cannot be waived. This is due to the fact that deliveries that include alcohol cannot be accepted by minors. If in doubt, our courier may ask for photo identification to ensure the recipient is over the age of 18 before completing delivery. This is done in order to a) ensure safe and correct delivery to our customers; and b) comply with the relevant laws.

    Other Factors

    We do everything we can to deliver the highest level of customer service to you and get your order to you in a timely and safe manner. However, other factors beyond our control may affect the delivery of your order once it is with the carrier. In the infrequent event of a delay, we are extremely proactive in ensuring that any issues are resolved to the best extent that circumstances allow, and that delays are minimised, by way of our constant communication with the carrier and with you. In such events, you may be required to perform extra actions in order to resolve an issue on your end.

    Due to the existence of variable factors, we cannot absolutely guarantee the delivery of an order to occur at an exact date or time.
