Gongfu cha
Gongfu cha is a traditional Chinese method for ceremoniously preparing tea. Gongfu cha is performed for a wide range of reasons, from highly formal gongfu cha for the celebration of important events, to daily gongfu cha for the purpose of peaceful routine and perfect tea preparation. There is much history, culture and methodical tea preparation insight to be learned from gongfu cha.
