Inadequate sleep is the bane of modern life, so we designed the perfect cornerstone to a proper sleep hygiene routine. Fields Of Sleep can offer a theatre of warmth and calm thanks to a unique mix of effective herbs traditionally used for millennia to combat stress & insomnia.

Use it as a great-tasting helper to signal sleep time to your mind, let the ingredients do what they can do for your body, and give yourself every chance of waking up feeling refreshed naturally.

A functional nightcap

Science continues to investigate traditional wisdom held by Ayurvedic, Chinese & Western herbal medicine. Certain herbs are held to assist neurotransmitter functions [passionflower, lavender], help with stress [lemon balm, ashwagandha] or affect sleep hormones [valerian, chamomile].

When combined in our specific blend, the overall effect can be calming and sedative. For people with more severe sleep problems, a sleep hygiene audit and professional consultation are recommended.

Good for everyone

While there are other herbs that can have a soporific effect, we stayed away from any with even the most minor queries on dosage, taste or suitability for certain people. This is a relaxing tea designed for everyone.

Ancient technology, timeless style

Our European jars are made of dark ultraviolet glass, and not just because it makes them uniquely beautiful. They’re designed to preserve the vitality of anything they hold, by filtering out destructive light and only allowing a specific spectrum of energy-preserving light. This technology can be traced to ancient Egypt and is validated by modern science, allowing you to keep your tea on display in perfect control conditions.

Taste Notes

A blend of both earthy and fragrant notes; overall a well-balanced herbal taste with German hops flower at the fore; has a ‘heart warming’ effect.

The ongoing situation with government restrictions and higher volume of online shopping is causing a delay with all shipments nationwide. The length of the delay varies week-to-week, so we can only offer a guide. Please allow more time than the usual transit time estimates provided below. Please allow about 2-4 extra working days for metro deliveries, plus more for regional areas. Regional Victoria currently presents the longest delays, and the usual times there should be about doubled. Please contact us if you have any concerns relating to this.

NOTE: When preparing all orders, we wear gloves and face masks, and follow strict hygiene protocols.

  • Our courier collects all our orders each working morning. Orders received by 1:00pm on a working day will be dispatched the following working morning.
  • Orders received on a non-working day or after 1:00pm on a working day are not guaranteed to go out the next working morning. They are usually dispatched the next available business morning after that.
  • Our teas are prepared and packed fresh on a per-order basis, and our gift boxes involve a lot of preparation time. As such, our scheduling allows further quality control checks and sufficient time for order preparation/presentation of the highest degree.
  • Despite the 1:00pm policy above, we usually try to have as many extra orders as possible dispatched the following working morning, but it depends on the number of orders and staffing, and therefore cannot be guaranteed.
  • If you have particular shipping or timing requirements, we can’t guarantee factors beyond our control, but we are happy to do everything we can for you. For these cases, please contact us to discuss.

See our FAQs or Shipping Policy for more detailed information.

I’m not a fan of camomile but this is not overpowering at all. It relaxes me and I think I’m sleeping better.

This is the only sleep tea I’ve ever tried that actually helps you sleep! Has been so great for nights I’ve struggled with insomnia. I didn’t expect it to work but it really does and also tastes great. I’ve given it to friends with insomnia who have also found it really helpful

  4. Brooke F. (Verified Customer)

So impressed with everything, even to the detail of the jar.
I purchased fields of sleep for my mum who struggles to sleep at night time. After having the tea we have noticed such an immense difference. It’s such a soothing tea and she looks forward to having it just before bed time.
Thank you for allowing her to remove herself from medication and able to try something more natural. Thanks for all your work.

My favourite tea EVER!!!! I normally need atleast 8 hours sleep otherwise I cannot function the following day. However when I started sipping on this delicious beauty I find that even when I get less than 8 hours I wake up the following day refreshed as my body goes into the deep sleep it needs. This tea is a life saver for me !
